Job summary

CRBR is seeking a dependable Mitigation & Cleaning/Contents Technician to support our restoration team in Reno, NV. You will handle residential and commercial property damage projects, including mitigation, contents cleaning, pack-outs and restoration of belongings, working both independently and as part of a crew.

This role requires hands-on field work on-site at customer locations, with overtime and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, cleaning or contents handling preferred.
• Water/fire restoration experience is a plus.
• IICRC/WRT certification is a plus.
• Comfort with restoration software like iCAT, MICA, Matterport or Xactimate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, smoke, mold and other property damage projects.
• Set up and monitor drying equipment, air scrubbers and negative air machines.
• Perform moisture checks and document drying progress.
• Set up containment and barriers; perform demolition and removal of affected materials.
• Perform mold remediation and detailed cleaning; clean structures and contents.
• Pack, inventory, move, clean, store and return customer belongings.
• Complete job paperwork and photos; maintain clean, organized worksites.
