The City of Galvestontx is seeking a Telecommunicator Trainee to provide essential support for the Police Department. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to pass CritiCall computerized testing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming multiline Emergency 911 telephone calls.
• Process and retrieve data from TCIC/NCIC Systems.
• Train new and existing employees in daily responsibilities.
