Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Disseminate emergency information calmly to first responders.
  • Enter caller information into the CAD system with accuracy and speed.
  • Determine the responsible response agency and dispatch appropriate units.
  • Provide emergency instructions and forward information to dispatch for services.
