Qualifications

• One year of experience in customer service or dispatch.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License is required.
• EMD Certification, CPR Certification, and TCOLE Basic Dispatch Certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Dispatch appropriate personnel for responses.
• Maintain knowledge of communication regulations.
