Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Prior experience in roles interfacing with the public is preferred.
• Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate 911 and non-emergency calls for Police, Fire, EMS and other assistance.
• Triage and prioritize requests for life-safety situations and dispatch responses.
• Maintain contact with response units and monitor alarms and related systems.
