Responsibilities

• Receive & process 9-1-1 calls and dispatch units as needed.
• Perform Emergency Medical Dispatch and crisis intervention.
• Monitor radio frequencies and operate dispatch equipment.
• Enter, update and retrieve information in computer systems.
