Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and related aviation work experience or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management and related aviation work experience or
• Public Safety Dispatcher Certification and related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage critical communications and dispatch resources for routine and emergency situations across Massport properties.
• Oversee gate and aircraft parking plans, monitor systems for compliance, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with FAA, Massport Operations, and partner agencies to issue reports and communicate field conditions.
• Monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and maintain TSA Massport protocol compliance while supporting training.
