• Performs all duties of a Telephone Operator.
• Assists in the instruction and training of new employees.
• Provides input to performance evaluations, as assigned.
• Keeps leadership informed of problems, unusual situations, and reactions.
• Assists Operator staff as required to expedite work flow.
• Assists with the preparation of the monthly operators work schedule.
• Maintains all switchboard operations data bases as needed.
