Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must hold an active RN license and Diploma.
• ACLS, BCLS, PALS and CPI certifications within 30 days of start date.
• No travel required; nursing experience of 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality care.
• Monitors and coordinates nursing care with the management team.
• Collaborates with experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Supports patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implements nursing strategies, rounds, and staff engagement initiatives.
• Assists with interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff; supports performance evaluations.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Supports inventory control and equipment supplies management.
