Job summary

Corewell Health's Royal Oak Hospital in Royal Oak, MI, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Center. You will provide professional nursing care using the nursing process, partner with the Nurse Leader, and integrate patient-family centered care to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge. This full‑time night shift role offers 36 hours per week, with 6:00 p.m.

to 6:00 a.m. hours and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years if new graduate/new nurse with less than 1 year experience.
• Graduates from non-accredited school must have at least 1 year acute care experience or 2 years in licensed health care and must pass NCLEX.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Partner with Nurse Leader and participate in day-to-day decisions.
• Incorporate patient/family input and goals in planning care and teaching.
