Job summary

ProMedica is seeking an RN for the Emergency Center at Flower Hospital in Ohio. The role is full‑time with afternoon shifts from 2:45pm to 3:15am, totaling 36 weekly hours. You will coordinate patient care, communicate with families and the care team, and continuously assess and adjust the nursing care plan to improve outcomes.

Required licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio and CPR training; 24 hours of CE during licensure are needed. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training; specialty certifications as required by units.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate the plan of care.
• Interact with patient, families and health care team through open communication.
• Assess, formulate nursing diagnoses and plan, implement, and evaluate care.
