Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at ProMedica Flower Hospital Emergency Center is the core of our patient care team, delivering patient-centered care with respect for diverse experiences. It is a full-time afternoon shift in Ohio.

You will coordinate each patient’s plan of care, interact with patients, families and the health care team, assess and plan nursing care, and work with fellow nurses to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• Specialty certifications as required by units.
• Ongoing continuing education hours per licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient’s plan of care with the care team.
• Interact with patients, families and health care team with open communication.
• Assess nursing needs, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
