North Memorial Health is seeking a Registration Specialist for the Emergency Care Center on a casual basis. You will greet visitors, register patients, verify IDs and insurance, and guide families to their destinations while maintaining accuracy and privacy.

Casual roles may include day/evening shifts; strong English communication and medical terminology knowledge are essential to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months clerical and/or customer service experience in hospital/clinic/physician's office.
• 1+ years scheduling or registration experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
• Effective planning and organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Solid PC skills including MS applications and Internet.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage conflicts positively and provide quality customer service.
