Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of analytical assignments; two years at the associate analyst level.
Master's degree or higher may substitute for one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

Conducts complex and sensitive research with data from multiple sources and interpretive analysis.
Compiles information in tables, spreadsheets, or data files to meet analytical requirements.
Uses qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify issues, summarize findings and draw conclusions.
Evaluates program outcomes and recommends actions to improve operations or address problems.
Prepares documents (reports, memos) for internal/external audiences with appropriate software tools.
Leads and coordinates work plans for teams; provides training and monitors performance.
