Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and evaluates the work of the assigned section; develops and monitors work plans and budgets.
• Directs and oversees development, implementation, and evaluation of plans, programs, policies, and processes to meet objectives.
• Oversees staff development, performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
