Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) seeks a Vice President of Sales, EMEA to lead revenue growth and regional strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will hire, inspire and coach a diverse sales organization and partner with finance and functional leaders to optimize profitability.

This fully remote role reports to the VP, Global Sales and will collaborate with product, marketing, operations and supply chain to deliver exceptional customer experience while driving market

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior strategic commercial management capacity within a global, fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience leading sales teams with regional responsibility and establishing long-term strategic growth initiatives.
• Proven leadership capability and ability to attract, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Owns the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan, translating global priorities into actions that deliver revenue growth and market share gains.
• Leads the EMEA sales organization across direct channels, inside sales, distributors, and commercial support teams to meet orders, revenue, and customer experience targets.
• Builds and manages the regional annual operating plan, forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation with finance and cross-functional partners.
• Drives operating rigor using DBS fundamentals like visual daily management, standard work and VOC to close performance gaps.
• Identifies and prioritizes strategic growth opportunities across EMEA, including market expansion, channel optimization, and portfolio adoption.
