Job summary

IDT, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development for Clinical Solutions to drive growth across the EMEA region. The role is fully remote, with at least 50% travel, and will focus on expanding adoption of IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions and strengthening partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PhD in Life Science required and minimum 5 years of business development experience.
• Minimum of 7 years sales experience in molecular biology reagents, laboratory consumables, or capital equipment in a clinical setting.
• Proven ability to engage executive-level decision-makers and shape long-term adoption strategies across technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop a 3–5-year strategic commercial growth plan for the EMEA region.
• Position IDT as a primary or preferred provider for all NGS Clinical Solutions workflows.
• Drive cross-portfolio engagement to embed IDT offerings within key accounts.
• Build a thought leadership network and strengthen IDT’s market leadership position.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in IDT’s NGS Clinical Solutions across customer needs and competitive dynamics.
