Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops in fast, technical environments.
• Strong calendar management and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Clear, proactive communication with candidates, interviewers and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and teams for the EMEA region.
• Greet and host candidates onsite, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
• Maintain updates to all stakeholders in a timely, human, non-robotic manner.
