Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator – EMEA to independently manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple countries and time zones. You will coordinate complex calendars, arrange virtual and in-person interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while supporting global hiring initiatives.

You will also handle candidate travel logistics, itineraries, and policy compliance, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating high-volume interview schedules across countries/time zones.
• Strong calendar and travel logistics management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple countries and time zones.
• Arrange domestic and international candidate travel and itineraries.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and support recruiting metrics and reporting.
• Provide high-touch candidate experience and proactive communication.
• Develop and maintain recruiting coordination resources and SOPs.
