Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist, EMEA, to lead and execute major flagship events across multiple markets. You will own end‑to‑end event logistics, manage budgets and vendor relations, and collaborate with regional teams to drive measurable ROI.

You’ll support multi‑market strategy, calendar planning and post‑event analysis while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Partner teams. Travel up to 40–50% across EMEA, with some APAC/AMER visits, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in B2B events or experiential marketing
• Experience owning established event formats end‑to‑end with good judgement
• Experience running executive‑level programmes and large activations

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end event logistics and own multiple projects across time zones
• Coordinate with venues, agencies, production partners and suppliers
• Assist with run‑of‑shows, timelines and contingency plans for concurrent events
• Manage invitation strategy, registration and attendee communications
• Lead on‑site execution and staff orientations for flagship events
