Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. in Singapore is seeking a Strategic Events Manager to own the APAC events portfolio, from major third-party conferences to flagship first-party programs, driving regional impact.

You will partner with sales, marketing and partners, manage budgets, run on-site execution, and deliver data-backed ROI, with travel across APAC and some EMEA/AMER.

This role is an individual-contributor position critical to regional strategy and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of B2B strategic events experience in technology, SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Ability to own an APAC multi-market events portfolio with regional impact.
• Strong program management skills and ability to operate with ambiguity.
• Experience budgeting, contracting and vendor management across regions.
• Proven collaboration with regional Sales leadership to align events to pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage venues, staff, contracts, production partners and sponsorships across regions.
• Build run-of-shows, contingency plans and post-event ROI reporting.
• Coordinate attendee strategy, registration and on-site execution for multi-market events.
• Partner with Revenue Marketing and other teams to enable sales with event details.
