Abnormal is seeking an Strategic Events Manager to own execution for APAC and collaborate with global teams. You will drive regional events strategy, manage budgets, vendors and on-site execution across multiple markets, while partnering with sales, marketing and partner teams to optimize pipeline impact.

You will craft run-of-shows, manage invitations, registrations and post-event analysis, and travel roughly 40-50% to regional events.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years' experience in B2B strategic events, ideally in tech/SaaS/cybersecurity.
• Demonstrated track record of owning event strategy and budget for multiple regions.
• Strong program management skills with ability to operate in ambiguity and drive cross-functional work.
• Experience coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Significant budget, vendor and contract management experience across concurrent markets.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end event logistics, deadlines, plans, problem-solving and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee venues, staff, booth logistics, catering, AV, shipping, accommodation, signage and space across regions.
• Source and negotiate with agencies, venues and production partners; manage contracts.
• Build run-of-shows, timelines and contingency plans for multiple events and markets.
• Coordinate invitation strategy, registrations and attendee communications market by market.
• Support APAC strategic event mapping and calendar planning; assess ROI and allocate budget accordingly.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure Sales enablement on event details; maintain strong vendor networks.
• Own post-event lead capture, CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting tied to event performance.
• Build regional playbooks and share best practices across the Strategic Events team.
