Job summary

Nordson Measurement & Control in the United Kingdom seeks a motivated Account Manager (m/f/d) to grow our Sensors business across the EMEA region. You will manage an established customer base while proactively pursuing new opportunities to expand market presence and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience in technical/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing territories across multiple countries within EMEA.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing customers across the EMEA territory.
• Prospect the market to identify and develop new customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling within accounts.
• Present product capabilities and USPs, articulating value versus competitors.
• Develop account plans aligned with regional and global sales objectives.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts per company policy.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM records.
