Job summary

Join is seeking a Regional Sales Manager EMEA to build on existing client relationships and drive growth across Europe. Based on a global leader in vision systems, the role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with Marketing, FAE, and Product Management.

You will manage channel partners and sell to OEMs and end customers, requiring 5+ years of sales or BD experience, a technical mindset, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Physics or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales or marketing, preferably in machine vision.
• Experience selling directly to OEMs/manufacturers or managing channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients and expand business relationships.
• Identify and win new clients for standardized and customized products.
• Develop and implement the sales strategy for effective business growth.
• Cooperate with Marketing, FAE, and Product Management to define target customers and verticals.
• Manage, support and identify channel partners and sell to end-customers and OEMs.
