Alamar Biosciences in the United States is seeking a collaborative, field and home-office based Sales Leader to drive the commercial strategy across Academic, Biotech, Pharma, and Government accounts.

Under the leadership of the EMEA Director of Sales, you will build deep customer relationships, expand Alamar’s market presence, and support the growth of our global commercial organization while meeting ambitious targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; MBA desired.
• 5+ years of capital sales experience in life sciences.
• Deep knowledge of academic, biotech, pharma, and government markets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex sales cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Develop territory and account-based sales plan.
• Execute plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Deliver presentations on Alamar technology.
• Consult customers on the value for precision proteomics.
• Collaborate across teams to drive product development and market expansion.
• Manage sales process in a complex environment.
• Maintain CRM data and forecast accuracy.
• Drive prospecting and new leads in the region.
