Certara seeks a Portfolio Account Manager (PAM) for Modeling & Simulation to join our American commercial team and global M&S portfolio organization.

The PAM will lead portfolio strategy, build go-to-market plans for scaling the M&S business in EMEA, and manage PAMs across the zone, collaborating with Global Account Directors, Enterprise Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Renewals to expand client adoption and value.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development with mechanistic and empirical modeling.
• Proven success in solution selling within pharma/biotech industries.
• Ability to operate in a matrix sales structure with global and zone reporting.
• Track record of effective team management and leadership.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within EMEA as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead portfolio strategy and business development for M&S solutions within assigned accounts/territory.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies to scale M&S in the EMEA region.
• Build and manage a team of PAMs; manage quotas and targets for EMEA M&S.
• Collaborate with Global Account Directors, Enterprise Account Managers, Inside Sales and Renewals.
• Serve as subject matter expert and pursuit leader for M&S opportunities.
• Develop strong client relationships with account owners, focusing on efficiency and transparency.
