Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will own end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and legal compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience in international environments, fluent English and Polish, and strong Excel/data skills to support reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in international companies or a Shared Services environment.
• Advanced knowledge of EMEA payroll processing (Poland) and statutory reporting.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong payroll data elements understanding and Excel data-conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll end-to-end and coordinate with the Payroll Provider.
• Manage inquiries and escalations with Payroll, Provider, and HR/accounting teams.
• Create end-to-end payroll process documentation to improve efficiency.
• Prepare payroll expenditure, benefit disbursement, and tax reporting analyses.
