OneSource Virtual is seeking a Payroll Administrator to provide payroll services support for its Payroll Services customers. The role requires interfacing with clients to deliver a best-in-class payroll experience and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes accuracy in payroll processing via Workday, data entry, and document handling while ensuring SLA compliance and timely reporting. A customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of payroll functions and processing, including bookkeeping, payroll tax, and fringe benefits preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding payroll services support
• Assist with processing client payrolls using Workday
• Input payroll data into Workday and customer EIBs
• Perform payroll data entry and distribution of payslips, P45 & P11D forms
• Monitor tickets to maintain SLAs
• Update payroll records
• File and store documents per policy/regulation
• Manage court order processes and onboarding/offboarding
• Manage ticketing queue and escalate as needed
• Generate reports for presentations and metrics
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
• Participate in special projects
