Decagon is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale paid social programs internationally, starting with EMEA. You will own end-to-end paid social—from brief through launch, optimization, and reporting—and ensure spend aligns with regional opportunities in collaboration with EMEA sales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with paid social specialization.
• Managed six-figure+ monthly paid social budgets and allocation across campaigns.
• Experience building paid social programs in EMEA with local currencies and GDPR.
• Strong attribution discipline linking spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience working with regional sales teams to align spend with pipeline.
• Ability to extend to adjacent demand gen activities (ABM, landing pages, email).

Responsibilities

• Own paid social end-to-end: Run LinkedIn, Meta, X, and emerging platforms from creative brief through launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Scale spend into EMEA: Stand up and grow a paid social motion in EMEA from its current early stage.
• Align spend to sales opportunity: Partner with EMEA sales leadership to track pipeline opportunity by market.
• Build the attribution story: Connect paid social spend to pipeline and revenue with data-backed insights.
• Test and systematize: Run structured experiments and create repeatable playbooks.
• Flex into adjacent demand gen: Support EMEA-specific ABM, landing pages, and email work.
