Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Senior Manager to scale Order to Cash across API and ChatGPT, cloud marketplaces, and partner channels. You will own end-to-end Order Management and Billing, drive readiness for marketplaces, and lead a high-performing team across multiple products and partnerships.

You will design reconciliations, controls, and close readiness, collaborating with Finance, Product, Legal, Revenue Systems, and external partners to ensure accurate, timely invoicing and revenue reporting.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience across Order Management, Billing Operations, Order to Cash, Revenue Operations, or Revenue Accounting in a high-growth SaaS, technology, or usage-based business.
6+ years of direct people-management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Deep experience with usage-based or enterprise SaaS billing, API-, or product-led monetization, and complex partner-billing models.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and end-to-end operating performance across API, ChatGPT, marketplace, and partner channels.
Lead end-to-end Order Management and Billing lifecycle, including private offers, provisioning, invoicing, credits, settlements, and reporting.
Design source-to-settlement reconciliations, completeness, and exception-management frameworks.
Own FTE and BPO performance, including SLAs, capacity, quality, and escalations.
Serve as accountable DRI for close across API, ChatGPT, and Cloud Partnerships, aligning with Revenue Accounting on contract review and revenue recognition.
