Job summary

Deepgram is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Enthusiast to own and grow our events footprint in EMEA, starting with London. You will design and execute a 6-9 month events plan, build a vibrant London technical community, and partner with cloud and technology channels to drive pipeline.

You’ll stand up scalable event-to-sales processes, develop an event-in-a-box kit, and streamline intake to maximize impact while traveling 40–50% across the region.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in event or field marketing or equivalent experience.
• Background in B2B SaaS, developer-focused or AI/infrastructure marketing.
• Experience running co-marketing programs with technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Publish a committed 6-9 month EMEA events plan and tiering model within 30 days.
• Launch a recurring London technical community program with steady attendance.
• Stand up repeatable joint programs with cloud/tech/channel partners with pipeline goals.
• Build an event-to-sales system with target accounts and pre-event meetings.
• Ship an event-in-a-box kit for local teams to run events with minimal support.
• Implement a simple intake-and-approval process with budget/capacity planning.
