Ema is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead the UK and Europe events calendar, collaborating with BDR, Sales, and Product teams. This role requires building and operating end-to-end events across multiple European markets, including London and Paris, with strong project management and scrappy budget handling.
You will drive regional event programs, sponsor selections, and cross-border logistics while ensuring pipeline is generated and fed efficiently to Sales teams.
Ema builds AI Employees for HR, IT and Finance. Our AI Employees take on the busy work across the employee experience, from recruiting, onboarding and benefits to IT support, invoice processing and payroll, so people can spend their time on work that needs them. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Creaegis, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production. We ship real systems that run real business processes at scale.
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager, based in London, to build and run Ema’s on-the-ground presence across the UK and Europe. You’ll cover industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners and sponsored programs in our priority markets: the UK, France, DACH and Benelux, with the Nordics and wider Europe as they grow. You’ll be the connective tissue between our BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing and Design teams, turning live experiences into qualified pipeline. You’ll be Ema’s first field marketer in the region, working alongside our US Field Marketing Manager. Our Marketing Lead sets the global event strategy and budget. Within that, you own the UK and Europe calendar: which events we back, which cities we show up in, and how we run them. Then you execute it. We need someone who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and doesn’t wait for permission to solve problems. If you’ve built field programs across more than one European market, know how to get scrappy when budgets are tight, and can run a booth in London one week and an executive dinner in Paris the next, we want to talk to you.
5–7+ years of field marketing, event marketing or demand-gen experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of running events in the UK and at least one other European market. Startup experience is required. You’ve built programs, not just inherited them. A working knowledge of the European event circuit and what each market expects, from London tech weeks to Paris and DACH industry shows. Exceptional project management skills. You can juggle 5+ events in different countries and stages at once without dropping a ball. You live in spreadsheets, timelines and run-of-show docs. A roll-up-your-sleeves operator. You’re the person zip-tying cables to a booth at 6 AM, getting a pallet of swag through customs, and sending the recap email before the Eurostar pulls in. Stron
