Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Business Solutions Director for EMEA to guide major payment institutions through digital infrastructure transformations. You will partner with our Enterprise Accounts team to craft business cases, lead cross-functional programs, and deliver measurable business impact in a rapidly evolving asset ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in top-tier management consulting or financial services, particularly in payments or financial services strategy.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with blockchain and digital assets (institutional custody, tokenization, trade finance, CBDCs, etc.).
• Ability to distill complex digital asset opportunities into digestible insights for non-crypto audiences.
• Proficiency in crafting persuasive executive presentations and materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders in Payments.
• Develop business cases for early-stage digital initiatives and secure executive buy-in.
• Manage large, cross-organizational consulting assignments and partner with Enterprise Accounts to close strategic deals.
• Contribute to product strategy with insights shaping future development.
