Job summary

Avenga seeks an experienced Delivery / Engagement Lead to drive execution for the RDT team within the datastore area. The role requires a strict EMEA residency, a get-things-done mindset, and a proven data delivery background to establish structure from day one.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, coordinating with architects and analysts, aligning stakeholders, and providing clear governance updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-related initiatives, building datastores and leading data integration programs.
• Strong background in agile delivery with SAFe or SCRUM frameworks.
• Proven track record managing delivery within large, complex corporate programs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
• Able to onboard quickly, navigate ambiguity and add value from day one.
• Fluency in professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive the daily work of the RDT team within the datastore stream.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements) and optimize collaboration tools.
• Liaise with Solution Architect, Data Architect, and Business Analysts to ensure the solution meets objectives.
• Provide regular, structured updates on progress, risks, and blockers to the Hiring Manager and CS Product Head.
