Anblicks is seeking a Delivery Director to lead enterprise data modernization programs onsite in the US. The role focuses on strategic, hands-on leadership of large, complex migrations, including regulated environments and multi-vendor ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in data-centric delivery leadership, experience modernizing legacy data platforms to cloud, and a proven ability to drive risk, change, and governance across senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data-centric delivery leadership for large enterprises.
• Hands-on leadership of data platform modernization programs (legacy to cloud).
• Experience with regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end delivery for modernization engagements or large accounts.
• Own all delivery gates from discovery through cutover including risk management.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery using tooling and frameworks with validation before cutover.
