Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Business Development Manager for its EMEA Critical Power Solutions Business Unit to drive growth across Data Centers. This role can be performed remotely within several EMEA countries including Germany and the UK, and involves significant collaboration with sales teams and key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong customer-oriented skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or business development within the Data Center industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical equipment requirements in low-voltage applications.
• Basic knowledge of power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute CPS business development actions within Data Center key accounts.
• Establish a framework of cooperation with key account teams and the Data Center sales ecosystem.
• Support and coach presales and sales teams in defining optimal product portfolios.
