Job summary

Eaton seeks a Lead Field Application Engineer to provide customer application and technical support for its Passive Electronics product lines across the EMEA region. The role involves frequent travel, collaboration with customers and sales teams, and design assistance for power management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical engineering – power)
• 10+ years of relevant experience in field applications or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of power management across industries

Responsibilities

• Provide application support to OEMs, distributors and EMSs with system analysis and design proposals
• Translate customer needs to R&D and product teams to drive design improvements
• Deliver technical training and workshops to customers and partners
• Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap and roadmap updates
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to identify new opportunities and support pipeline targets
• Prepare technical literature, application notes, and training materials
