Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead strategic global OEM accounts in data center cooling and infrastructure markets, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, and operations.

This remote EU role focuses on engaging early in OEM roadmaps, expanding Eaton's PMCC portfolio, and driving long-term value through trusted partnerships, with mentorship of local account managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business.
• 5–9 years in B2B sales and key account management with OEMs.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Technical background preferred to collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for global OEMs in data center cooling.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
• Lead multi-country account coordination and cross-functional programs.
• Conduct business reviews to track performance and opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting and quotes.
