Job summary

Commvault is seeking a contracts partner for its EMEA sales and professional services teams to negotiate software licenses, SaaS, and service agreements.

You will provide legal counsel on data privacy, cybersecurity, sovereignty laws, and support the Deal Desk with tenders and licensing provisions. You will also deliver training on standard agreements and assist with corporate governance across EMEA and APAC, enabling cross-team decision making.
