Job summary

The Director, EMEA Commercial at SightLine Applications, LLC will lead the company's growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa by combining direct OEM engagement with strong channel management and regional business development.

This role acts as SightLine's commercial leader in the region, building strategic relationships while expanding the partner network and aligning with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive adoption of SightLine technologies in key programs and markets.

Qualifications

• Experience selling defense, ISR, autonomy, EO/IR, robotics, or embedded technologies across Europe.
• Strong network across OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and defense organizations in the region.
• Experience supporting government or defense acquisition programs and long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA commercial growth strategy.
• Engage OEMs, platform providers, system integrators, and strategic customers to close new opportunities.
• Own and grow regional channel network; onboard new partners.
• Build relationships with ministries of defense and prime contractors.
• Deliver product demonstrations and initial technical support during sales.
• Maintain CRM forecasts and regional reporting.
