Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center is seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to deliver evidence-based EMDR therapy for trauma and related concerns, with a focus on compassionate client care. You will complete assessments, develop EMDR treatment plans, and guide clients through sessions both in person and online.

You will manage a full caseload, set flexible session times, and participate in ongoing professional development while benefiting from a supportive team and generous referral network.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or Psychologist/PSYC candidate).
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
