Job summary

Colorado Women's Center is seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns. You will assess, plan, and guide EMDR sessions, while also seeing individual clients for other issues in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The role offers a steady referral flow, a base pay while you build a full caseload, and flexible scheduling. Clinicians collaborate across a mission-driven team dedicated to female empowerment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (see requirements).
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women's Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation; manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
