Colorado Women’s Center is seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to provide evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns in Fort Collins, CO. You will assess, plan EMDR treatment, and guide clients through EMDR sessions, with opportunities to see a full caseload as referrals come in.

This is a W2, full-time position with a generous compensation model, benefits including health coverage, PTO, and professional development support.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or license candidate (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PSYC).
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent).

Mansioni

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
