Job summary

Colorado Women's Center is seeking an EMDR trained therapist and counselor to deliver evidence-based EMDR therapy to clients working through trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns. You will complete assessments, build treatment plans, and guide sessions while maintaining a full caseload.

This full-time role offers base pay with a steady referral flow, flexible scheduling, and growth opportunities within a supportive team dedicated to female empowerment across Colorado.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW, LMFT/MFTC, or PSYC).
• Completed EMDR basic training (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women's Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
