Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Broomfield, CO is seeking an EMDR-trained therapist to provide evidence-based EMDR therapy for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and related concerns. You’ll assess, plan, and guide EMDR sessions while treating individual clients for a range of issues.

You’ll build a full caseload with a steady referral flow, set your own session times, and work in a team committed to female empowerment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• EMDR training is required (EMDRIA-approved or equivalent).
• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license is required (see licensure list).

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and staff.
• Conduct assessments of new clients.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
