Job summary

Meta Reality Labs seeks an EMC Design Engineer to design and validate hardware powering VR/AR devices. You will apply EMC, signal integrity, and power integrity principles to ensure reliable operation of wearable computing platforms, from schematic reviews to regulatory testing.

Collaborate across the hardware lifecycle, contribute to grounding/shielding design, and develop simulation methodologies for system-level needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in EE/Physics/Math or related field.
• 2+ years of EMC design and simulation experience.
• Experience with EM simulation and measurement techniques.
• Strong grounding and shielding fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to EMC grounding and shielding design across teams.
• Contribute to design specifications with clear risk trade-offs.
• Develop simulation methodology for complex system-level design.
• Support design troubleshooting using simulation and lab data.
• Propose corrective actions, drive root-cause analysis and experiments.
