Job summary

Fresh Prints, a NYC-based custom apparel company, is seeking an Embroidery Digitizer to remotely support vendors in the US. The role focuses on digitizing embroidery files and delivering .DSTs, while answering technical questions and helping optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with embroidery software and are proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills. Remote role with EST working hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the computerized embroidery industry.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with an Embroidery Digitizing Software (Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Digitize embroidery files for our vendors, providing .DST files timely on all embroidery orders for Fresh Prints.
• Answering embroidery-related and logistical questions from all the teams, giving real-time feedback to other teams, and contributing to improving employee performance.
• Optimizing documentation around custom embroidery by authoring articles and Excel sheets to organize data for all the teams.

You'll join a team driving the growth of our $40 million business by retaining high-value accounts at scale.We're looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.You'll grow as Fresh Prints grows.
