Job summary

Niantic seeks an entrepreneurial Go-to-Market lead for the Embodied AI group in San Francisco. You’ll map markets, open doors, and close business with robotics and embodied AI customers, with independence and direct access to product leaders.

You’ll translate customer needs into compelling offers, shape deals from evaluation to paid adoption, and help mature the commercial model for a growing product. You’ll leverage relationships, prove value, and bring credibility with technical buyers while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of winning early customers for a technical product.
Ability to turn customer problems into concrete offers and terms.
Evidence of adapting approach based on what you learn from customers.
Experience selling to engineering or research teams.
Familiarity with AI, simulation, and embodied AI concepts.

Responsibilities

Map the market to identify prospects, use cases, and key contacts.
Open doors by building a qualified pipeline through outreach and events.
Qualify opportunities by understanding customer workflows, needs, and buying process.
Develop relationships with accounts and collaborate with Marketing on insights and events.
Close business by guiding evaluation, proposals, negotiations, and handoff to delivery.
Shape the commercial model by proposing simple, scalable structures for early deals.
