Job summary

Niantic Spatial is seeking a Go-to-Market lead to build the pipeline and customer relationships within the Embodied AI group. You will map the market, open doors, and close business in step with product development, working directly with the General Manager.

Independent and customer-focused, you’ll earn attention, learn from engagements, and shape the commercial approach. You’ll leverage decades of experience from Google Maps, Google Earth, and Niantic Labs to help scale real-to-sim for embodied

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships with founders, engineering leaders, or buyers in robotics, embodied AI, or related tooling companies.
• Experience winning early customers for a technical product, including sourcing opportunities and closing deals while the use case was evolving.
• Experience shaping deals with scope, value proof, terms, and a path from evaluation to paid adoption.

Responsibilities

• Map the market, build qualified pipeline through relationships and outreach, and engage communities where customers spend time.
• Open doors through introductions, events, and targeted outreach to create repeatable approaches.
• Qualify customer workflows, establish fit and urgency, and provide input on product-market alignment.
• Develop relationships with accounts not yet ready to serve, collaborating with Marketing on insights and events.
• Close opportunities through evaluation, proposals, negotiation, and signature, ensuring proper handoffs.
