You’ll own roadmaps, set technical requirements, prototype critical features, and evaluate policy transfer with a strong emphasis on production-grade software. You’ll work closely with executives, researchers, and engineers to advance simulation fidelity, training workflows, and deployment in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Experience training, evaluating, and deploying robot policies in enterprise or government settings.
• Experience using simulation for policy training or evaluation (e.g., Isaac Sim, MuJoCo).
• Hands-on RL/IL and deep learning with PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape the roadmap for real-to-sim AI capabilities.
• Own technical requirements and advise on build, integration, and evaluation workflows.
• Lead design and evaluation of reproducible experiments to measure policy transfer.
• Direct engineering delivery and implement critical features for customers.
• Elevate robotics development knowledge and raise the team’s technical bar.
